MAC in 2016

The MAC Conference planning committee and the MAC Board are hard at work developing the organization's new website.  This will include a combined site that will include information about both the annual conference and the new MAC organization.  You won't see a lot of updates here until the new website is ready to go.  

The 2016 conference is going to be on Thursday, October 20th and Friday October 21st. The conference will be at the Lansing Radisson.  Please  note that this is a venue change from the past 10 years.  

Online Registration is Suspended

On-line registration for the 2015 conference is now closed.  You may register for the conference on-site starting at 8:00 AM Thursday, October 15.  The registration table will be on the 2nd floor lobby of the East Lansing Marriott.  There will not be any fee increase for on-site registrations.

  • Full Conference: $300
  • Single Day: $250
  • Student: $115.  
  • Check and Credit Card payments will be accepted.

Pre-conference workshop

The Cochlear Implant Program at the University of Michigan is pleased to offer this one day course focusing on the changes in technology that blend cochlear implants and hearing aids.  Topics to be presented include an update on candidacy, introduction to hybrid devices, current clinical trials, sound processor technology update, preservation of hearing with CI’s, CI’s and single sided deafness and outcomes related to the non-traditional CI candidates.  The course is at the the East Lansing, Marriott on Wednesday, October 15th  This course takes place the day before the official start of the MAC on M.A.C. conference.  Separate registration is required.
